    Valerie Walker:Re: GULL WATCHING AT THE DUMP For those of you interested in accompanying Kirk Zufelt to observe gulls at the Soo Ontario dump, there are a few complications. Kirk has experienced some concern from city officials regarding liability issues with bird watcher types standing around in the dump, especially on a weekend. As a result, Kirk has invited the keeners out there to contact him directly and he could try to make arrangements to take them out during the week. Kirk has also offered to lead an outing for a small group to the Dafter Dump in Michigan on a Friday afternoon.
