Previously the official newsletter of the Sault Naturalists of Ontario and Michigan was called The Wake-Robin. Its name and logo were derived from the provincial flower of Ontario, the trillium (sometimes called the wake robin), and the state bird of Michigan, the robin. Publication of The Wake-Robin has been discontinued, but information that previously appeared in that newsletter, such as outing reports, bird sightings, articles, announcements, etc. are available here.
